Source hierarchy
For time-sensitive facts such as admission deadlines, tuition, scholarship coverage and eligibility, Scholar prioritizes the source that owns the rule.
Evidence states
Verified means the current primary source supports the specific claim. Likely current means useful evidence exists but final primary verification remains sensible. Stale means the information belongs to an older cycle or old source. Conflict means credible sources disagree. Unknown means Scholar does not have enough evidence.
What Scholar will not infer
- Admission probability from a university name or rough GPA alone.
- “Fully funded” from a tuition waiver alone.
- A current scholarship from an old third-party list.
- A deadline from a previous academic cycle.
- Visa eligibility from admission eligibility.
Current website boundary
This V1 website provides researched country guides, discovery counts and methodology. The automated matching/research engine is intentionally outside this website-only release, so the public interface does not pretend to perform eligibility scoring that has not been built and validated.
