What the desk does

The Research Desk monitors configured official and authoritative sources, identifies potentially material changes, checks evidence, structures dates and funding facts, adds original applicant-oriented analysis and links developments back to deeper Scholar research.

How automation is used

Software can crawl permitted sources, deduplicate links, score relevance and create review drafts. A discovered URL is not automatically a published article. The default V3 configuration keeps global auto-publishing disabled.

What the byline does not claim

It does not imply named human credentials, university affiliation, government endorsement or independent audit. Real named contributors can be configured later with truthful profile information.
